Apantac to Highlight IP Multiviewers, 4K Converters, Clean Switches and openGear at CCW 2014

Apantac, provider of cost-effective multiviewers, video walls, extenders, and signal processing solutions will demonstrate several of its award-winning Multiviewer, Converter, and Switching products at the upcoming CCW 2014, the largest media, entertainment, video and communications technology conference and exposition on the East Coast of the United States. Apantac will be at Content & Communications World (CCW) booth 1341.
 
IP Multiviewer: Model: TAHOMA-IP-4/8/12/16 – Winner of the IBC2013 Pick Hit Award
The TAHOMA IP Multiviewer can decode and display 4 to 16 IP/ASI streams in a multiviewer fashion on a single or multiple displays. Unlike others, this product is not based on a PC, but rather is a hardware IP multiviewer based on the Apantac TAHOMA platform.
 
4K to Display Port 1.2 Converter: Model: Micro-4K-DP
The Micro-4K-DP provides an affordable solution for viewing 4K/UHD 60 Hz content at its native and uncompressed state on displays and projectors that use Display Port 1.2 (DP 1.2) interface. The Micro-4K-DP accepts four 3G-SDI as the 4K/UHD source and connects to the Display Port monitor with a single cable. The DP 1.2 interface is currently the only interface that supports 8 bit and 10 bit at 4:4:4 and 4:2:2.
 
openGear Quad-Splits: Models: OG-MiniQ, OG-MicroQ
Apantac is offering a full range of products on the openGear platform. At CCW, Apantac will demonstrate the OG-MicroQ, a production quality quad-split with 3G, HD, SD SDI & composite inputs, and HDMI, SDI outputs with embedded audio for monitoring. Apantac will also show the OG-MiniQ, a production quality multiviewer with 3G, HD, SD SDI & CVBS inputs and HDMI and SDI outputs. Up to 10 OG-MiniQ openGear cards can be cascaded to increase the number of images on the screen. In addition to the OG-MiniQ and OG-MicroQ, many of the popular Apantac scalers and converters are also available in openGear.
 
Compact Quad-Splits: Model: MicroQ-s
This cost-effective quad-split multiviewer supports 4K/3G/HD/SD-SDI/Composite inputs and offers HDMI and SDI outputs with embedded audio for audio monitoring. The MicroQ-s is very compact, fan-less device, which makes it very quiet and therefore ideal for a noise sensitive production environment.
 
Multi-Format and HDMI Clean Switches: Models: CLN-SW-6x1-H, CLN-SW-6x1-M – InfoComm 2014 Editors Pick AV Product
Apantac’s clean/seamless switches are versatile, fully-featured, and cost-effective solutions to enable the end-user to switch between multiple formats without the normal HDMI screen glitches and random noises. Two models are available; one 6x1 clean switch for HDMI only, as well a multi-format offering support for HDMI, VGA, DVI, and YPbPr formats. Inputs include embedded audio support, outputs are in HDMI and support up to 1080P.
